About Me
Where I Started and Why I am Awesome.
I have Panic Disorder. It hit me hard when I was 21. Over the last 20+ years I have learned to cope, overcome, and win against it. I read many books, sought professional advice, and even took pills.
Over time, I figured out it was a mindset. I learned how to change my thoughts. I was even able to help others along the way. Then one day my son started having panic attacks. He was only 10. My heart was crushed. I started thinking: was it my fault? Did I show him? Was he learning from me? What did I do?
Luckily, all those years of training my brain and mindset kicked in and I went straight to "I can help!" As I started to help that handsome young man work through his thoughts and change his mindset; I thought, "How many others can I/we all together help?"
I think about the generations of people that have had to go through it alone. Whether, it was taboo to talk about or they just didn't know where to turn. Anxiety and Panic in people doesn't seem to be slowing down.
The goal is to help everyone turn anxiety and panic into actions and results!
